The song at the end, ”I’m Getting Nuttin’ For Christmas” is not Shirley Temple. This track was recorded August 31st, 1955 by Art Mooney and His Orchestra, featuring then 5-year-old singer, Barry Gordon, on lead vocals. After Barry turned 6, that December, that single was in the top 100 in time for Christmas 1955, reaching its highest charting on January 7th 1956 at number 7. Barry’s performance of ”Blue Suede Shoes” in the 1956 film, ”The Girl Can’t Help It” was cut at the very last minute.
